• Interaction Data: Jobu AI conversations, trivia answers, and game mode preferences

We do NOT sell your personal data. Limited data sharing occurs only in these cases:

• Team Visibility: Your team members can see your username and performance on team leaderboards
• Public Leaderboards: Your username and scores appear on public leaderboards (opt-out available)
• Service Providers: Third-party services (hosting, analytics, payment processing) under strict data protection agreements
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Guest/demo accounts are automatically deleted after 7 days of inactivity. You can request account deletion at any time, which will permanently remove all personal data within 30 days (some anonymized analytics may be retained).

7. Children's Data

SmartBaseball is designed for users of all ages. For users under 13, we require parental consent and limit data collection to essential information only. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements.
