SmartBaseball offers a free demo mode that allows you to experience the core features before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the demo to ensure the platform meets their needs.

  • Demo Mode: Full access to all game modes for 7 days (no payment required)
  • No Credit Card Required: Try before you buy with zero commitment
  • Progress Saved: Demo progress transfers to paid account upon signup

2. Subscription Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with SmartBaseball within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund.

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Request made within 14 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues preventing access to core features
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Accidental subscription purchase

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Requests made after 14-day guarantee period
  • Subscription renewals (cancel anytime before next billing cycle)
  • Violations of Terms of Service (cheating, abuse, etc.)
  • Change of mind after 14 days of active use

3. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer prorated partial refunds at our discretion:

  • Service Outages: Extended downtime affecting service availability (>48 hours)
  • Feature Removal: Major advertised features removed during active subscription
  • Account Issues: Technical problems preventing normal use for extended periods

Partial refunds are calculated based on unused subscription time and issued at management's discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties:

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation stops future billing immediately
  • Access Until End of Period: Continue using SmartBaseball until current billing cycle ends
  • No Refund for Remaining Time: Cancellations do not trigger prorated refunds (except within 14-day guarantee)
  • Reactivation: Reactivate anytime with all previous progress restored

5. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (premium content, special features, etc.):

  • 7-Day Refund Window: Request refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Unused Content Only: Refunds only available if content has not been accessed/completed
  • Digital Goods: Once accessed, digital content is non-refundable per standard digital goods policy

  • Reason for refund request

8. Chargebacks

Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of all progress and data
  • Permanent ban from ThinkGoodPlayGood services
  • Additional fees to recover chargeback costs

9. Changes to This Policy

ThinkGoodPlayGood LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of SmartBaseball after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
